Top Nigerian Nollywood actress cum producer, Adedoyin Aggrey Lawal popularly known as Doyin Aggreys Italian Gold is set for release and the Cinemas on Christmas day, 25 December 2020.

The 2hr-10min Italian Gold will be released and hit the Cinemas simultaneously for the delight of her fans and movie enthusiasts across the globe to make the Yuletide memorable.

Shot in Ajah, Lagos, southwest Nigeria, the film features prominent acts like Bolanle Ninalowo, Segun Ogungbe, Moyo Lawal, Akeem Lawal, Oluwole Cole, Doyin Aggrey Lawal and Kemi Korede among others as written directed by Ope Olusanya.

According to Doyin, Italian Gold is about a lady that lives a fake life by going round to borrow material things all in a bid to impress people, especially men.

The unfortunate happened when she meets a guy who is also a bird of the same feather because of the fake lifestyle he exudes.

Produced by Doyin Aggrey, the star studded Italian Gold will show at Labi Oasis Cinema (Ikorodu) OOPL (NNPC, Kuto, Abeokuta) Capricorn Cinema,Kuto Abeokuta, M Crystal Cinema (Ibara/Sagamu Ogun Stae) Magnificent Cinema, Palmgrove/Onipanu, Lagos and Grand Cinema. Ikotun, Lagos.

 Aggrey has four movies to her credit including her debut, Alatoto and penultimate, Omo Oko, the award winning Ayalo (Borrow Pose) followed by Karamotu released in 2003, 2011and 2017 respectively.

Recall that her third movie, Ayalo (Borrow Pose) movie won an award on Sunday, 26 November, 2017 at the maiden edition of Metropolix Night of Honour and Recognition as the Movie of The Year.

Doyin Aggrey hails from Ijebu-Ode, Ogun State, Southwest Nigeria as she holds a B.A degree in English/Arts from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State in 2000.
